Vehicle Requirements
Accepted vehicles for Moves
- All vans must follow the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency of the country you live and work in
- No commercial branding, stickers, logo & painting inside and outside the van
- Vans must be licensed to carry minimum of 2 passengers
- Vehicles must be in Good condition including minimal cosmetic damage
- Model must be 15 years old or newer
- Must have a minimum of 2 doors for entrance (including door for passenger entrance)
- Rear door entrance that open to a minimum of 90 degrees to the cargo area
- Commercial vehicle license (also known as Hire and Reward insurance)
- Goods in transit Insurance
- Public Liability insurance
Accepted vehicles for Rides
- All cars must follow the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency of the country you live and work in
- 4-door car/ minivan
- Must licensed to carry a minimum of 4 passengers
- Model must be 15 years old or newer
- Most Updated PHV License from the council you live and work in
- No commercial branding, stickers, logo & painting inside and outside the car
- Vehicles must be in Good condition including no cosmetic damage
- Goods in transit Insurance
- PCO license
- Public Liability insurance
Driver Duty and Vehicle Responsibility
Our drivers are experienced and professional, ensuring that you arrive at your destination safely and on time. We will soon introduce to drivers to undergo regular training and background checks to ensure everyones continuous safety.
Before providing service to each and every customer we urge and remind all drivers to check inside and outside of their vehicle to ensure and maintain good condition and standard.
