How can I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account please email the support team at support@ambition-automation.com with the subject of the email similar or in the app you can go to ‘Account deletion’ and your account will be deleted. To the same email you can also send a request for your data to be deleted, we are serious about your privacy and respect it by complying with the General Data Protection Regulation. Ambition may raetain certain information such as previous moves as required or permitted by law.
We would like to hear your reasons for deleting your account, your opinion matters to us and we are always aiming to make the whole experience better and smooth for everyone.
Our refund policy is based of terms and conditions in regards to the authentication and honesty in each situation, that's why we've have included customer guidlines on our website but more importantly in our app. We value fairness and authenticity from our drivers and mover, therefore refunds are dealt with specifically to make sure it aligns with our protocols and fairness for all.
