Where to find Customer Guidelines in the app

Customers must be pleased to know that Ambition app is designed and constructed to make all customers moves as simple, clear and easy to as possible and to understand. In addition to proving this, there is a 'Customer Guildines' button position at the centre-top of the customers Home Screen with tips and advice that customers MUST-READ in order to use the app with clear understanding.

There are two main reasons for incorporating these guidelines:

1. A NEW app such as the Ambition app is made to serve all users and we believe all users deserve a easy guide to whatever questions they have before commencing with the app we have made for them and although it has the same systems and flow as other mainstream ride-hailing transportation apps we believe that we want to always put our customers first in practical ways to make sure we ensure comfortability when using the app so customers familiarise themselves with how to use to apps service correctly

2. Peace of mind and Safety to plan ahead with we know if very important through our valuable knowledge of orchestrating a move.

Delete account

How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account please email the support team at support@ambition-automation.com with the subject of the email similar or equivalent to ‘Account deletion’ and your name on your account. To the same email you can also send a request for your data to be deleted, we are serious about your privacy and respect it by complying with the General Data Protection Regulation. Ambition may raetain certain information such as previous moves as required or permitted by law.

Payment issues/charges

Please ensure your bank details are updated and entered correctly in order to book a move.

Refund policy

Our refund policy is based of terms and conditions in regards to the authentication and honesty in each situation, that's why we've have made sure to include customer guidlines on our website but more importantly in our app to make sure each customer has the ability to ready the tips and advice we offer as we grow and implement more ways to implement our visions into making a society of easy to use delivery transportation services.
