As this is customer service, customers safety and security also means the world to us (*mic drop*,do we need to say anymore, why not!) unlike other transportation services, here at Ambition we have built our experience of working closely and directly with our customers from all around the world to gain a unified learning system that works.

 Your drivers location is shared and monitored at all times from pick up to drop off. You can see the drivers name, van make and model and picture. Routines such as checking the number plate to confirm it’s the right vehicle appointed for you if a great way to ensure a clear and safe peace of mind within all your moves. If you need any further assistance in regards to confirmation of arrival you can always message the driver through the app.

We do not accommodate or employ anything less than a high standard driver with high standards of safety and professionalism. As a result of this we make sure that our driver partners are also protected and cherished with gratitude and acknowledgement for their simply exceptional work because we understand that all jobs and moves comes in different shapes and sizes (trust us, we understand!) therefore along with a platform that cares about the honesty and transparency of what to expect within the journey of the job we also provide an outlet of safety and believe that as we grow we will never sleep on safety and continue to update and promote more ways of driver security and safety.
