The first dedication of safety starts prior to the any booking. We want everyone to feel safe and be safe that's why we have an always-on safety approach. There is zero tolerance for harsh, abusive or unprofessional behaviour. Both driver and passenger are held accountable for safety.

At Ambition we take passenger and item safety along with the service to deliver in style to the next level because we know how important it is to our customers. This starts with the drivers we work with.
Your drivers location is shared and monitored at all times from pick up to drop off. You can see the drivers name, driver photo, van make and model throughout the journey.

Every driver completes a verification before registration and driving for Ambition. We also work to verify rider profiles, so drivers can trust who they’re sharing their ride with, too.
Real-time delivery monitoring
We monitor deliveries for signs of unusual activity, such as mid-ride cancellations or unrequited stops. If we notice anything off during the journey, we’ll contact you with emergency services will follow you to.
Chat Support System
Messaging or emailing our support team is really easy and simple. There are different ways to reach out to us. No matter what time it is we strive to respond as soon as possible (on average within 1-2 hours).

Our easy-to-use safety toolkit puts you in control, giving you extra peace of mind on every journey or drive with just a few taps, making it tailored to you.
