The Ambition website offers a lot of guides, tips and FAQS on how to easily use the platform and service as simple as possible and it's plenty features. Response through our contact streams will always receive a response within 24 hours but we are hopeful to respond in minutes. So whether you’ve possibly misplaced something or feel like you’ve left something in the vehicle that you booked with let us know immediately and we’ll provide ways to retrieve it for you by letting our driver know and setting up a safe and efficient way to return it; Or equally if you have a query/ issue you will like to be dealt with professionally and directly then get in contact with us straight away. Within the app there is the account page and when opened, there is a support tab that will send your message directly to the right team. If you have any question or a message for us whilst you are on this page, please fill our the form below and we'll respond well within 24 hours.

Customer FAQ's

Yes. The moment the driver accepts your job you'll be able to track them on their way to your pick up location and once everything is loaded you'll be able to track them all the way to the drop-off location


Yes. Customers have the choice to travel to the destionation with or without the driver.


Yes. Customers can view both drivers location throughout the whole journey.


Driver FAQ's

If you have both a car and a van please be aware you can only register with just one vehicle 


Once a job is completed payment is released into the driver account between 72-96 hours (3 to 4 days) 


Yes. The customer can view your exact location and follow your drive on their phone in real-time. Turning off the location during a move is a violation of Ambition's terms of service and will be deemed fraudulent activity leading to being red flagged and deactivation sanctions.
