A quick guide to Ambition

Here's how the Ambition app connects drivers and movers on demand, step by step:

1. Getting Started

The mover enters their destination into the "Where to?" and "Dropoff location" box, expressing what the trip is, along with what items they're moving and lastly reviews each ride option, make a selection and confirms the pick-up.

2. Matching mover and driver

A nearby driver accepts the mover's ride request. The mover is automatically notified as the driver gets closer.

3. Picking up

The driver and the mover verify each other’s names and the destination. Then the driver loads up their vehicle with the mover's requested items and then starts the trip. PRO TIP - Habits such as checking the vehicle number plate to confirm is a great way to ensure confirmation too.

4. Taking the trip

The app gives the driver the option to access turn-by-turn directions and see where they are during the journey.

5. Leaving ratings and reviews

At the end of each trip, drivers and movers can rate each other from 1 to 5 stars. Riders also have the option to tip directly in the app.

We instruct and demand our driver partners to not include extras or do anything outside of the jobs initial requirements for their own safety and protection. We are developing rigorous vetting process for drivers, strict community standards, and more for safety and protection of everyone.

Goods in transit
